As a bilingual Spanish-speaking psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience, I’m passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults, and parents through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with highly sensitive individuals and those healing from trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating neurodiversity.
My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), drawing from psychodynamic principles to explore how past experiences shape present behaviors. IFS, on the other hand, helps clients understand and connect with different parts of themselves—whether those parts are driven by fear, shame, or self-doubt—so they can develop a more compassionate, balanced inner world. I also incorporate play therapy to create a safe and engaging space for children. Together, these approaches allow me to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering self-discovery, healing, and growth.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Hunter College School of Social Work and completed a three-year postgraduate program specializing in treating children and adolescents at the William Alanson White Institute. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve served as a supervisor and clinical director at an outpatient NYC clinic, experiences that have deepened my commitment to providing thoughtful, client-centered care.
If you or your child are ready to take this step, I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey toward connection, balance, and authenticity.
